- This is an inspiring podcast with great guests. Almost every guest that is on has a book that I need to add to my reading list.
- Presence by Amy Cuddy
- "Bringing Your Boldest Self to Your Biggest Challenges"
- This is a non-fiction book that covers how you can alter your body in order to alter your mind and your hormone balances in order to feel more powerful and confident.

- The Miracle Equation: The Two Decisions That Move Your Biggest Goals from Possible, to Probable, to Inevitable by Hal Elrod
- This is a great book that inspires you to go for your big dreams that seem impossible and how to make them inevitable
- I listened to this as an audiobook which I greatly recommend because it is narrated by Hal Elrod and his passion and enthusiasm are contagious.
- The Christian’s Secret to a Happy Life by Hannah Whitall Smith
- You'd be surprised that this book has been around a long time! There is some "old english" and cultural references that give it away, but truly this book is timeless. It is an eye-opener and will help you to be more content and less worried about life.
- Do It Scared by Scott Alan
- "Charge Forward with Confidence, Conquer Resistance, and Break Through Your Limitations"
- I listed to this as an audiobook. It is pretty short (183 pages or 3.5 hours). It was so good that I listened to it twice! It makes overcoming your fears actionable and less intimidating.
- Don’t think you feel “scared” when reaching for your goals? Don’t be misled! This book is still relevant in helping you reach your goals-see the selections from the Amazon description to see what the book can help you with.
- Good Busy Planner
- This is the planner I am using for the first time in 2020. It basic in design with no color or art, but has lots of room for breaking things down and creating lists. My strengths of Analytical and Achiever love to be able to track, create lists, and check things off!
- Living Well Planner
- I have not used this planner, but it incorporates a lot of Ruth Soukup's tools that I do use. This planner is a great way to keep it all together in a holistic view that includes finances, meal planner, and goal planning.
